Jon Stewart on Sarah Palin’s ‘Real America’

Sorry it’s not embedded, CT’s videos don’t embed well and this hasn’t apparently hit YouTube yet.

Remember folks, if you don’t love in a small town in BFE, Ohio, you’re not part of ‘Real America’.

I love his line about ‘ground zero’ and New York City. I wonder how many people really caught on to what she was implying — didn’t you know that those firemen who died in 9/11 weren’t courageous, patriotic heroes? Of course not, how could they be while living in a liberal cesspool of malcontents and immoral heathens, or as I believe Sarah Palin would say, ‘a big city’.

It’s alright though, she’s got all that gosh-dern executive experience! She can see Russia from her house, doncha’ know? *winkwinkwinkwinkwink*

  1. In the words of Tina Fey herself, “Just because I want gay people to be able to adopt children and think everybody should own a hybrid doesn’t mean I hate America.”

Doesn’t describing some parts of America as being better than others make Sarah Palin an Elitist? ^_^
